The minimum age to hire one of our vans is 25, the eldest age is 65 & you must have a minimum of 2 years driving experience with limited points.

The amount of the deposit is a stipulation of the insurance policy. Providing there is no damage to the camper & you don’t have an accident, the deposit will be fully refunded.

Within 48 hours of returning the camper the vehicle will be inspected, providing there’s no damage, no accidents or any charge for missing items or fuel, then the deposit money will be returned to you. Usually monies arrive in your account straight away however depending upon which bank you use, some banks take 3-5 working days to process.

Yes! Our campers are fully insured to travel throughout Europe. Please let us know if you’re planning on going abroad so we can ensure you have the right cover & information.

Your vehicle can be left securely on our gated property free of charge.

The main driver can pay a deposit when you make the booking and the remainder will be required one week before hire, you can pay by Bank Transfer.

Yes, you will collect it with a full tank of fuel, you also need to return it with a full tank of fuel.

Unfortunately we don’t have any pet friendly campers at the moment.

Upon collection we will briefly go through how the camper works. We provide an easy to read manual for the camper, we also provide ‘how to’ videos but if you’re still stuck please contact us, we’re happy to help.

You need to of held a full drivers licence for at least 2 years. Some points on your licence are allowed. We need to take a photocopy of your drivers licence & 2 forms of ID.

You can cancel up to 7 days before hire free of charge. However, if you cancel within 7 days of hire there will be a charge.
